  • Confirm DLC or add-on requirements. Some products require the base game before they can be used.

What to include in your message

The clearer your message is, the easier it is to understand the problem and review the relevant order details.

  • Your order number so the purchase can be identified quickly.
  • The product name and, if relevant, the platform or edition involved.
  • A short explanation of the issue such as “key not received,” “invalid code,” or “wrong region.”
  • Full screenshots showing the complete error message, activation page, or relevant account screen.
  • Any important context such as the country/region, the account used, or whether you are trying to activate DLC or a gift card.
  • Avoid cropped images when possible so the issue can be reviewed with full context.

For digital products, screenshots and order information are usually the fastest way to understand what happened. If the issue involves activation, the most useful message is usually the one that includes the exact error text and the platform where the redemption was attempted.
