04 Where can I find my key after purchase? +
After your order is completed, you key will be sent directly to your email. Check your email, including spam folder, in case your order details were sent there.
13 What if I paid but have not received my key? +
First, check whether the order is still processing and review your email inbox and spam folder. If your order has not been delivered after a reasonable time, contact support with your order details.

10 How do I activate my key? +
Activation depends on the platform and product type. Always redeem your code on the correct account and platform, and review any region or edition restrictions before activation.
Steam
Open the Steam client and sign in to your Steam account. In the top menu, select Games → Activate a Product on Steam, then follow the on-screen instructions and enter your key. If Steam shows a duplicate key error, the key cannot be registered again and you need to contact the retailer that sold it to you.
Xbox
Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to use, then redeem the code on your Xbox console, Windows device, or mobile device using Xbox / Microsoft redemption tools. Make sure the code matches your Microsoft account region, because region mismatch can prevent redemption.
PlayStation
Redeem your voucher through PlayStation Store on PS5, PS4, the PlayStation App, or online. Enter the 12-digit code carefully and redeem it on the correct PSN account. The voucher must match your account region, and redeemed content or wallet funds cannot be transferred to another account.
