- Not a marketplace
2.1 We are not a marketplace. We sell Digital Content (including Keys) in our own name and you contract with us as the seller and merchant of record.
2.2 We do not act as an agent for third-party sellers and do not facilitate contracts between customers and third parties for the sale of Products on the Site. - Product nature, delivery and third-party platforms
3.1 Products sold on the Site are digital in nature. In most cases, delivery occurs electronically by making a Key available in your account/order page and/or sending it to your email address.
3.2 Keys are redeemed on third-party platforms (for example Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Epic, Nintendo or similar services) and are subject to those platforms’ technical requirements and terms. Publishers and rights holders may change activation rules, regional restrictions, or availability at any time.
3.3 We do not control third-party platforms, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued existence of specific titles or DLC, or outcomes of third-party enforcement decisions (such as suspensions or bans). This does not affect your statutory rights where Digital Content is faulty or not as described. - Sourcing and authorisation statement
4.1 We procure Keys from commercial suppliers and professional sellers. Where we source Keys from third parties, we contractually require our suppliers to warrant that they have the rights and authorisations necessary to supply and resell the Digital Content in accordance with applicable laws and relevant platform/publisher terms (including EULAs and terms of service).
4.2 We may fulfil orders using automated integrations (including APIs, webhooks and/or status polling) with external supplier systems. Supplier-side processing or outages may affect delivery speed and status updates.
4.3 Unless expressly stated on a product page, we do not represent that we are an authorised reseller, official distributor, or appointed agent of any particular publisher, brand, platform, or rights holder. References to a publisher or platform are typically descriptive and identify where a Key is redeemed. - Intellectual property and trademarks
5.1 All trademarks, logos, service marks, game titles, and product names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
5.2 Their use on the Site is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.
5.3 If you believe material on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@togetkey.com. We will review complaints and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to material in accordance with our Takedown Policy. - Pricing, errors and availability
6.1 Prices and availability are shown on the Site and may change before an order is accepted. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund payments where taken, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
6.2 We do not guarantee that any particular Product will be continuously available. Titles may be delisted or restricted due to supplier stock, publisher decisions, platform policies, or legal/compliance requirements. - Statutory consumer rights
7.1 Nothing in this Legal Notice limits your statutory consumer rights.
7.2 For Digital Content, see the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
